1. Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items: Customized or personalized items, gift cards, clearance items, or products damaged through misuse.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection of returned items.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.

3. Exchanges

We will replace defective or damaged products at no additional cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for replacement authorization.
