Do I get a proof before you start?

Yes. We provide a proof before production and before engraving so you can review the design.

Do you charge for proof revisions?

No, not before the project starts and materials are used. We want to make sure the design is right first.

Do you require a deposit?

Typically, yes. Most custom projects begin with a 50% non-refundable deposit after design approval.

Can I upload my logo or inspiration photo?

Yes. Use the attachment option in the form to send files with your request.

When is the final payment due?

Final payment is due upon project completion and before shipment. A picture of the completed project will be attached to the final invoice before shipment.
