Yes! Almost every item in our shop is customizable. You can engrave names, dates, messages, logos, unit emblems, or meaningful quotes. Just choose the product, provide your engraving details during checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest.

We use high-quality materials like hardwoods (walnut, maple, oak), bamboo, slate, stainless steel, PU leather, and a variety of durable, food-safe epoxies and 3D printing filaments. Every material is carefully selected for beauty, strength, and longevity.

Most custom orders ship within 5–10 business days. Larger or highly detailed items (like epoxy river tables or shadow boxes) may take longer. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your item ships. Need something faster? Reach out, we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

We ship anywhere in the U.S. via trusted carriers. If you’re located near us in Nebraska, we also offer local pickup options and we can deliver to you. Select the option at checkout or contact us to coordinate. 

Yes, on request. If you'd like a digital proof or mockup before we engrave, just let us know in the notes section of your order or contact us directly. We want you to be thrilled with the final result. 

Yes. Nearly every piece is handmade in our shop and crafted with precision and care. From cutting and sanding to laser engraving and finishing, we put our hands (and hearts) into every step. Some of the engravable products are ordered, but all engraving is done by hand.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.

We do! We offer custom 3D printed components for product enhancement or standalone design. Great for organizers, name tags, display items, and custom prototypes. Contact us with your idea and we’ll help bring it to life. 

Please contact us right away. We’ll make it right. Whether that means reworking the item, issuing a refund, or replacing it. Your satisfaction is our top priority. 

Avoid submerging in water or placing in the dishwasher. Wipe with a damp cloth and use food-safe mineral oil or our Board Butter (available in our shop) to keep your wood moisturized and protected.
