Charcuterie/cutting Board Care & Maintenance

• Do Not Cut on Epoxy Board.
• ** NEVER put boards in dishwasher or submerge in water. **
• Do Not allow water to soak into board.
• Do Not use in microwave, oven or as a hot plate. 
• Do Not use edible oils to condition board (olive, vegetable avocado oils). 

• Hand wash both sides of board with warm soapy water.
• Towel Dry immediately and allow to fully dry vertically.
• Try to store boards vertically in a low light area. Direct UV light will darken the wood.

*Wood Cutting* Perform occasional maintenance on your board using the board butter that came with your board. you may purchase more board butter from the website. Other conditioners may be purchased from local stores. Use a soft cloth or paper towel to buff the wax onto board. Apply to wax to all sides. let the wax soak in for a couple hours then wipe clean. For regular use; apply a coat of wax every 5 uses. Occasional use, apply new coat every couple months or when the board looks dull and dry.
